If you answer yes to one of these questions, you should sign up ASAP for the worksite yoga-based program.
Beneficial Effects of the Worksite Practice of Yoga
Decreases the risk of developing or worsening Musculoskeletal (MSD) symptoms
Relieves general body pains associated with MSD such as Carpal Tunnel Syndromes (CTS)•Helps to develop good working postures

By enrolling in the yoga-based program offered through the NA GAS HSE team, I recognize that the program involves muscle strength, stretch and relaxation training. I hereby affirm that I am in good physical condition and do not suffer from any known disability or condition which would prevent or limit my participation in this exercise program. I acknowledge that my enrollment and subsequent participation are voluntary and in no way mandated by NA GAS HSE team.

Caution
YOGA can be practiced by people of all ages and states of fitness, however, as with any exercise program caution should be taken before beginning the program by consulting your physician if you have concerns about doing the exercises in this program. Conditions of special concern are high blood pressure, heart complaints, respiratory problems or back injuries, or if you are pregnant or recovering from any operation or chronic illness.
