How it works...
Follow Steps 1 & 2 below and we setup your site. Once the site is ready you are informed and you can start training. We will send you an invoice for $998.00 due Net 30 on the 60th day of your trial. If you choose to continue the service, simply pay the invoice. If you choose not to use our service, don't pay the invoice and your site will become inactive.
Minimum Requirement:
75 Employees*
This is a reasonable number of employees to cost justify a unique hosted site for a firm. We do not want to waste your or our time for a system you cannot justify to management. Check our USB Trainer or Pay As You Go Services as an option.
Steps to get Started:
Step 1:
a. Download and fill out the excel spreadsheet (csv file) with your employee information for site creation.
Don't have Excel-Download above and right click to open in Notepad.
b. Download and Fill out Training Matrix sheet with minimum training requirements for your employee. This we will post on the front page of your site so your employees know which courses they are required to take.

Step 2: Email the spreadsheet and Training Matrix along with a company logo [bmp, jpg or gif file] to our development team. We will create your branded site and upload your employees.
Once your site is ready we will email you with your admin information, site address, along with the simple instructions for trainees to use to start training along with documentation for your admin duties i.e. add a new student, get training reports and general maintenance etc. Time Frame 3-4 work days from receipt of documents.
*We realize that some firms may have less than 75 employees and still be interested in the Hosted training option due to unique work environments, which increases training costs, such as multiple locations with high training costs due to travel, high cost of training services used or other. We are open to discussion for these situations.
